1. Who is responsible
GetReplay is the project operating getreplay.gg and GetReplay Analytics — local Codex. In this policy, “GetReplay”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of these services. You can contact the operator about privacy, access to your information or deletion at blackangelnk@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
- Account information: your Steam identifier and profile name. If you connect FACEIT, we may receive your FACEIT player identifier, nickname, email address, avatar, profile link and linked Steam identifier.
- Connection information: authentication and session tokens, FACEIT access and refresh tokens, and the Steam match-history authentication code and match share code that you choose to provide. These enable account access and connected match features.
- Game and service content: uploaded demos, match information, player identifiers and in-game activity, bookmarks, shared highlights and related metadata. Match recordings may contain information about other players.
- Training information: answers, results, saved items, learning progress, language and time-zone preferences.
- Usage and technical information: pages viewed, referral sources, interactions with features, session and user identifiers, browser and device information, errors and performance measurements. Our hosting and analytics providers may process connection information, including IP addresses, when delivering their services.
We receive information from you, your use of the service, connected gaming platforms and the analytics services described below. Please do not include passwords, private access codes or unrelated personal information in public content or support messages.
3. How we use information
- Provide sign-in, connect accounts and retrieve, process and display match information and demos.
- Save bookmarks, preferences and training progress, and operate sharing features that you choose to use.
- Respond to support and privacy requests, investigate errors and protect the service against abuse.
- Understand how visitors use GetReplay and identify problems in its interface, content and performance.
- Measure traffic sources and search visibility to improve the site and make informed product decisions.
We use information for these purposes and for obligations imposed by applicable law. Where a particular activity requires your consent, that requirement is separate from accepting our Terms of Service.
4. Analytics and browser storage
GetReplay uses Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity. These services measure visits, referral sources, feature interactions and technical performance. They may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies.
For signed-in players, GetReplay supplies the Steam identifier to Google Analytics as a user identifier and to Microsoft Clarity as an identity and custom attribute. This can associate activity across visits with the same account; this information should not be treated as anonymous.
Yandex Metrica includes Webvisor session replay and click maps. Microsoft Clarity can reconstruct interactions with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and changes in page content. We use these tools to investigate usability issues.
Browser storage also supports sign-in and site preferences. You can manage or clear cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Blocking or clearing storage can affect sign-in and functionality. It does not by itself delete information already received by GetReplay or its providers.
5. Google API access and Codex
GetReplay Analytics — local Codex is an administrative application for the owner of GetReplay and authorized administrators. It reads analytics and search-performance reports to help evaluate the site and prepare recommendations. Players use Steam or FACEIT to sign in to GetReplay; the Google connection described here is for administration.
With the Google account holder’s authorization, the application accesses Google Analytics and Google Search Console resources available to that account. Reports used for GetReplay can include property information, users, sessions, events, pages, traffic sources, search queries, clicks, impressions and search positions. The application requests analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly permissions. These permissions allow reading reports, not editing the connected properties.
OAuth tokens allow the application to obtain reports and renew access without requiring a new sign-in for every request. Google credentials are kept in private local files on the administrator’s computer, separate from the website source code. API requests use HTTPS and local credential files restrict access to the operating-system account.
Selected report data is sent to Codex, provided by OpenAI, to answer the administrator’s questions and prepare product and SEO analysis. This involves processing outside the local computer. Report exports, analysis and task history may be retained locally and within the administrator’s Codex account. OpenAI’s applicable service terms and account data settings govern its processing. Access credentials must not be included in report content sent for analysis.
We follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, when using or transferring information obtained through Google APIs. That information is used for the reporting and analysis described here. It is not sold, supplied to data brokers, used for advertising targeting or used for credit decisions.
The account holder can revoke the application’s access through Google Account settings. Revocation stops further authorized access but does not automatically erase previously exported reports or task history. Contact blackangelnk@gmail.com to request deletion of information retained by GetReplay.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information, the feature it supports, whether an account or connection remains in use, operational needs and legal obligations. Account information and progress support ongoing use; demos and generated files support replay features; analytics reports support measurement and investigations. These categories do not all have the same retention period.
You may request deletion of your GetReplay account information, uploaded materials, connection credentials or retained administrative reports by emailing blackangelnk@gmail.com. Please identify the account or materials concerned. We may ask for proportionate evidence that you control the account before taking action.
We assess requests under applicable law and remove or de-identify information that is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy. Limited information may need to be retained for security, legal obligations or the protection of rights. Backup copies and information held independently by external platforms may require separate handling.
Disconnecting Steam, FACEIT or Google, signing out, or clearing browser storage does not automatically delete all server-side data, shared materials or saved reports. Requests concerning information held independently by a provider should also be directed to that provider.
8. Security and your choices
We use access restrictions and other technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information we handle. For the administrative Google connection, these include HTTPS requests and private local credential storage. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact blackangelnk@gmail.com to make a request. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
GetReplay is intended for users who are permitted to use the service and their connected gaming accounts under applicable rules. If you believe a child has supplied information that should not be processed, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service or its data practices change. The version published on getreplay.gg will show its update date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and additional consent will be requested before a new use where required.
