Terms of Service

GetReplay is the project operating getreplay.gg and GetReplay Analytics — local Codex. You can contact the operator at blackangelnk@gmail.com. “GetReplay”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of these services.

GetReplay provides tools for viewing and analyzing Counter-Strike 2 matches, working with demos and highlights, and completing training activities. Features depend on the available match data and connected services.

By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must have the capacity or any permission required by applicable law to use the service and your connected accounts.

Use only accounts, data and connection permissions that you are authorized to use. You are responsible for keeping access to your Steam, FACEIT and other connected accounts secure.

When you provide a Steam match-history authentication code, a match share code or FACEIT authorization, you permit GetReplay to use it for the connected functionality you request. Do not disclose private codes or access tokens publicly.

External platforms may change or withdraw their services, permissions or data access. Such changes can affect the availability of GetReplay features.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process or share materials through GetReplay. Consider the rights and privacy of other players whose identifiers or activity appear in a match.

You retain any rights you hold in your materials. You grant GetReplay a non-exclusive permission to store, copy, process and display them as needed to provide the features you request, including sharing when you use a sharing feature. This permission does not transfer ownership to GetReplay.

Links and shared content may be accessible to others. Do not use public sharing for confidential material. Keep your own copies of files you need; GetReplay should not be your only archive.

If you believe material infringes your rights, contact blackangelnk@gmail.com with enough information to identify the material, your claim and a way to respond.

You must not use GetReplay to:

• Access other people’s accounts or non-public data without authorization, or bypass access controls.
• Upload malware, deliberately disrupt the service, or create abusive traffic that interferes with other users.
• Distribute unlawful content, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or expose someone else’s private credentials.
• Impersonate others, commit fraud or misuse the service in a way that breaches applicable law.

Report suspected abuse or security problems to the contact address above. Do not include passwords, private access tokens or unnecessary third-party information in a report.

GetReplay Analytics — local Codex is intended for the GetReplay owner and authorized administrators. It reads analytics and webmaster reports to help evaluate site performance and prepare product and search-visibility recommendations.

An administrator connecting an account must have authority to grant access to the relevant resources. Google permissions used by the application are read-only. Selected report data may be processed in Codex/OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy.

Automated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. The administrator is responsible for checking recommendations before acting on them. Access to reports does not, by itself, authorize the application to publish changes to the website.

You may revoke access through the relevant provider. Revoking a connection does not automatically delete reports or analysis already saved.

GetReplay is provided on an “as available” basis. We may maintain, modify or discontinue features as the service develops. Interruptions, game updates, incomplete recordings and changes to external platforms can affect results.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage of every file, error-free analysis, a particular competitive result or an improvement in your rank. Information and training tools are provided to support your own assessment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetReplay is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on incomplete or inaccurate analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If a paid feature is offered, its price, scope, payment arrangements and any cancellation or refund conditions will be presented before you place an order. These terms alone do not authorize a charge. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

We may restrict access or remove material where reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, a security threat, harm to other users or a legal obligation. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us about the decision.

You may stop using GetReplay and revoke external connections at any time. Requests concerning deletion of retained information should be sent to blackangelnk@gmail.com and are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Steam, FACEIT, Counter-Strike 2, Google, Yandex, Microsoft and OpenAI names and related marks belong to their respective owners. References to these services describe the integrations or compatibility involved and do not imply endorsement.

External services are governed by their own terms. If a dispute about GetReplay arises, please contact us first with a description of the issue. These terms do not remove any right to seek remedies or use courts available under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Agreeing to these terms does not replace any separate consent required for cookies or other processing.

We may update these terms and publish the current version with an update date. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. If a change requires additional agreement under applicable law, that agreement will be requested.
